The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital ecosystem. This is a high-impact role requiring a rare blend of technical performance marketing, creative content management, and logistical precision. You will be responsible for the growth and visibility of our in-house brands as well as supporting our international partners.


This is a fast-paced position designed for a "multitasker-by-nature" who enjoys switching between data-driven ad management and creative brand storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Performance: Full in-house ownership of Google Ads (Search, Display, and Remarketing). You will be expected to manage budgets, optimize conversions, and report on ROI.

  • Website Management: Complete ownership of the Red Box Direct and Green Leaf Scientific websites, ensuring high performance, SEO optimization, and up-to-date content.

  • Multichannel Content: Strategize and execute social media content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and our Podcast channels, maintaining a consistent voice across all platforms.

  • Direct Marketing: End-to-end management of targeted mailer campaigns to nurture our scientific database.

  • Global Events: Lead the organization and logistics for international conferences.

Technical Skills Required

  • Google Ads: You must be able to hit the ground running with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization and demonstrate a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other relevant tools.

  • Web Management (Wix, Wordpress): Proficiency in managing websites and understanding SEO/user experience. 

  • Content Creation: Knowledge in creating content for managing professional social media channels and multimedia (Video/Podcasts).

  • Project Management Tools: Ability to handle various digital tools and marketing processes efficiently.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain performance monitoring dashboards in Looker Studio to provide actionable insights.


Travel Requirements

Must have the ability and willingness to travel across Europe and the US when needed (typically 1–2 times per year) for conferences and events.
