Red Box Direct helps medium to small-sized scientific equipment manufacturers expand into Europe and Asia without the cost and complexity of setting up their own subsidiaries.
We provide outsourced sales, manufacturing, marketing, and support services under your brand, so you maintain control of your pricing, customer relationships, and market strategy.
From our offices in Ireland (Dublin), Hong Kong, and Japan, we manage everything from technical sales to logistics, allowing you to focus on innovation while we grow your international business.

We offer two distinct models to suit different expansion strategies:
The Managed Office Model: A dedicated local team representing your brand.
The Distribution Model: Product sales through our established distribution arm, Green Leaf Scientific.

Our model is called the 'Managed Office'.
Instead of relying on distributors or investing heavily in your own overseas operations, you get a dedicated local team that works exclusively for your brand.

All activities are fully transparent, with shared CRM access so you see every lead, sale, and customer interaction in real time.

Our distribution model is not a traditional one.
Unlike traditional distributors, we offer full transparency over pricing, customer relationships, and sales performance. We drive growth through targeted marketing and act as your technical point of contact.
Under the GLS umbrella, we currently support 12 brands. Our team promotes these products via the Green Leaf Scientific website and handles technical queries across all brands.
Unlike a Managed Office, GLS is a shared-resource setup. One sales person may support multiple products, and your brand is listed alongside others. You still retain visibility over pricing, customer relationships, and sales performance. As your business grows, you can upgrade to a Managed Office- a dedicated local presence with a full-time product manager working exclusively for your brand.
