Eicom Microdialysis Fraction Collector adopts 96 well plates to collect samples for the concept of "high throughput” to meets the needs of today's scientists. By using 96 well plates, you can save time of labeling on each vial and to dispense antioxidant solution. You can avoid disturbing the order of setting vials on an auto-sampler. Tip of fraction collector needles go through the silicon sheet which covers 96 well plate and then even 5 µl volume of sample can be dispensed into a well or vial. The needle tip position is adjustable.
(* Standard setting is compatible for 1, 2 or 4 channels for centrifuge tubes and 1 channel for a 96 well plate. Setting of multiple channels for 96 well plates is optional. In that case, the fraction collector can not be used with centrifuge tubes.)

Microdialysis-HPLC Online Auto-injector,
Model EAS-20
The EAS-20 allows automatic microdialysate collection for a certain period and automated injection to the HPLC. Provides hands free analysis of catecholeamines, glutamate, acetylcholine and other compounds which does not require pre-column derivatization. After setting up instruments, you can get data without any sample handling. At each event of the auto-injector generates electric contact signals to communicate with the HPLC system. All program can be easily made by a detachable key pad. Because the sample is injected just after the collection of samples, chance of auto-oxidation is bare minimum. The collection period should be set longer than analysis time. So that choosing fast analysis application of HPLC will be important.
