Stage Top Incubators: INU Series
Creating the ideal temperature, humidity and CO2 environment, the INU Series provides optimal culture environment, making long-term real-time Live Cell Imaging possible. The INU Series conforms to varied applications, such as confocal, fluoresence phase contrast, differential interference contrast (DIC) and polarization; and to a variety of microscopes, such as inverted, upright, stereo and other types.
The optional Gas Mixing System makes it possible to provide stable 5% CO2 + 95% air mixed-gas supply from 100% CO2. Properly conditioned, stable gas is supplied during Live Cell Imaging with INU Series Stage Top Incubators.
Major Applications: Short/long-term time-lapse and live cell imaging of signal transduction, formation, behavior, migration, propagation and differentiation during cell/tissue/organ culture under microscope in stem cell research, Cell/Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, and in other research fields that require environment control.
Long Term Stable Environment: The INU Series allows short/long duration tissue/cell incubation under the microscope
Compact Design: The same conditions as in a CO2 Incubator can be created in a compact body on the microscope stage.
Focus Stability: Thanks to Tokai Hit unique technology INU series is designed to minimize z-axis focus drift, focus is so stable that the system allows steady confocal imaging, Time-laps, long-term image recording and other imaging applications.
Clear Vision, Clear Image: Clear glass heater installed in Top Heater prevents condensation, allowing clear and continuous transmission of illumination and imaging.
